Rebuild

With decades of experience repairing NASH vacuum pumps, our committed staff of engineers and technicians can guarantee that your rebuild pump will function practically like a new pump.

We always maintain a large inventory of completely restored Nash pumps as well as a huge inventory of replacement parts and components for all types of Nash pumps.  Our rebuilt pumps are ready for immediate shipment, and our Swap-Out program offers unrivaled convenience.  In addition to replacement parts, Airvac is also pleased to offer high quality repair kits for various different Nash pump models.

To return your pump to its original specifications, we begin every NASH vacuum pump repair with a thorough assessment of all important components. After that, we disassemble your vacuum pump, rebuild it, and thoroughly test it. We also repair or replace the worn parts. Upgrades to stainless steel can extend the life of high-wear regions beyond OEM specifications.

It is nearly always cheaper to repair a damaged Nash vacuum pump than to replace it with a new one.

Rebuilding Process
  • Disassemble and sand blast all parts for evaluation. Send evaluation report and quote to customer.
  • After approval, repair damaged area of rotor, cones, shaft, bracket and body
  • Repair is performed by welding or sleeving and re-machining to OEM specification
  • Assemble all parts as OEM clearance.

Swap out Prograam

To minimize your system downtimes, AIRVAC is now happy to offer Swap-Outs of Nash pumps.  We will provide a rebuilt Nash pump with optional stainless steel cladding and ceramic coating of vital wear areas, and once you have installed it, simply send us your old, worn or damaged pump, pre-paid.   It’s that simple.  No more costly downtimes waiting for replacement pumps to arrive.  You can then rest easy knowing that your rebuilt Nash vacuum pump or compressor is backed by a two (2) year parts and workmanship warranty.

In addition to stainless steel cladding, you can elect to use all stainless steel components in your rebuilt pump, giving you the advantages that come with 316L Stainless Steel.  Increased reliability and longevity can be expected as Stainless Steel provides better erosive and corrosive wear along critical seal areas maintaining critical tolerances between rotors and cones much longer than Iron parts can.
